Whistleblowing

Samarkand Industries OÜ — Last updated: October 2026 · Version 1.0 · Directive (EU) 2019/1937

Samarkand Industries OÜ maintains an internal reporting channel through which anyone may report a concern about the company’s own conduct, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/1937. This page concerns the company; it is separate from the reporting channels we operate for our client organisations.

What you can report

Suspected breaches of EU or national law, or of our policies — including fraud, corruption, data-protection or security failings, and threats to health, safety or the environment.

How to report

You may report in confidence to legal@republicoftrust.eu. You may report anonymously; we are, after all, in the business of anonymous reporting, and the Republic of Trust platform may be used for this purpose.

Protection from retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, or who assists an investigation, consistent with the protections of Directive (EU) 2019/1937.

What happens next

We acknowledge a report within seven days and provide feedback within three months. Reports are handled confidentially and on a need-to-know basis.

External reporting

You may also report to the competent authority in your country. In Estonia, concerns involving personal-data protection may be raised with the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia — aki.ee.
